Terms of service

Plumm is a menstrual cycle and pregnancy tracking app, published by NEW GAME (SAS). It lets you log your cycles, track symptoms, receive personalized predictions and reminders (pill, period, ovulation), and chat with our team through the “Let's talk” messaging.

The app is free within its current scope and will stay free for its core features. An optional paid premium tier may be offered in the future; it will then be governed by our Terms of Sale.

Plumm processes health data. Under French regulations, if you are under 15, you must obtain the consent of the holder of parental authority before using the app and entering your data.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your device. Because your data is stored locally, anyone with access to your unlocked phone can view it — we recommend enabling passcode or biometric lock.

Plumm is a cycle tracking tool, not a contraceptive method or a medical device. Even with the best algorithms, predicting ovulation with 100% reliability is impossible (natural body variability, stress, travel, illness, etc.).

To prevent pregnancy, use a medically-validated contraceptive method (condom, pill, IUD, etc.). To plan a pregnancy, consult a doctor or midwife.

Plumm does NOT replace professional medical advice. If you have concerns about your cycle, very late periods, abnormal pain, unusual bleeding, or any other worrying symptom, consult a healthcare professional.

The “Let's talk” messaging lets you report a bug, an idea, a question, or feedback. You agree not to use it to send illegal or abusive content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

Our team is not a medical service: we cannot provide a diagnosis or personalized health advice through messaging.

NEW GAME does its best to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee the complete absence of bugs or inaccuracies in predictions.

To the extent permitted by law, and without excluding its liability for gross negligence, personal injury, or in cases where the law prohibits it, NEW GAME cannot be held liable for: • Medical decisions made based on app predictions • Unwanted pregnancies or other consequences related to using the app as a contraceptive method • Data loss linked to a phone change, loss, or reset (data being stored locally)

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, in particular for maintenance or improvement. We strive to limit interruptions and to inform you of significant changes within the app.

All Plumm content (design, Roo mascot, illustrations, algorithms, interface, text) is the exclusive property of NEW GAME or its partners. Any reproduction, copy, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited. The data you record remains yours.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you can contact us at hello@plumm-app.com to seek an amicable solution. For premium purchases, a consumer mediation scheme is provided: the details of the mediator NEW GAME is affiliated with will be set out in our Terms of Sale once the paid offer is launched. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
